2. Intellectual Property & Non-Commercial Community Notice

Chaotic, the Chaotic Trading Card Game (TCG), card names, tribe names, card imagery, symbols, ability texts, flavor texts, and associated logos are the intellectual property and copyright of their respective owners and rights holders.

Chaotic Tracker is an independent, non-official community tool and competitive utility developed under fair use for deck construction, player reference, and educational match tracking. Chaotic Tracker is not affiliated with, endorsed by, or sponsored by the owners of the Chaotic brand.

3. Acceptable Use Policy & Community Rules

To maintain a safe, fair, and tactical environment for all players, you agree not to:

• Choose usernames, display names, match notes, or public deck titles that are offensive, vulgar, hateful, racist, sexually explicit, defamatory, or discriminatory.
• Attempt to bypass security boundaries, exploit APIs, scrape services at disruptive rates, or inject malicious scripts/payloads.
• Submit fraudulent, automated match records to manipulate leaderboards or player rankings.
• Use automated bots or crawlers without explicit platform authorization.

5. User-Generated Content & Deck Sharing

When you create decks, notes, or public records on Chaotic Tracker:

• You retain ownership of the original deck combinations, notes, and compositions you author.
• When marking a deck as "Public" or generating a share code, you grant Chaotic Tracker a non-exclusive license to display, index, and syndicate the deck composition for the community.
• We reserve the right to remove public decks, sanitize inappropriate titles, or suspend accounts that violate our community conduct rules.

6. Premium & Pro Subscriptions (Billing, Renewal & Cancellations)

Chaotic Tracker offers an optional Pro subscription tier providing power tools, advanced search capabilities, custom scanner skins, and expanded storage limits:

• Pricing & Billing: Pro subscriptions are billed on a recurring monthly or annual basis (capped at a maximum of $4.99/month). All payment processing is securely managed by our merchant partner, Stripe.
• Automatic Renewal: Subscriptions automatically renew at the end of each billing cycle unless cancelled prior to the renewal date.
• Self-Service Cancellation: You can cancel your subscription at any time via the self-service Stripe Customer Portal link inside your Profile Settings. Upon cancellation, you will retain Pro access until the end of your current paid billing period.
• Refund Policy: Subscription fees are generally non-refundable except where required by law. If you experience technical billing discrepancies, please contact us.
• Account Termination for Cause: If your account is banned or terminated due to a violation of our Zero-Tolerance Moderation or Acceptable Use Policy, no refund will be issued for the remaining subscription period.

7. Termination & Account Deletion

You may terminate your account at any time using the self-service Account Deletion feature in your profile. We reserve the right to suspend or terminate access for repeated violations of our acceptable use policies.

8. Disclaimer of Warranties & Limitation of Liability

The platform is provided on an "AS IS" and "AS AVAILABLE" basis without warranties of any kind. Chaotic Tracker is not liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, or consequential damages resulting from your use of or inability to use the platform.
